Cucumber Tomato Salad

3 Medium – Large Cucumbers

6-8 Romano Tomatoes

1/2 – 1 Whole Yellow or White Onion

3 Tbsp Lemon or Lime juice

3 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar or White Vinegar

1/4 Cup – 1 Cup Favorite Vinaigrette (Adjust as needed)

1 Tbsp Tamari (Optional)

1 Tsp Olive Oil (Optional)

1-2 Tbsp Organic Raw Cane Sugar (Adjust As Needed)

1 Tbsp parsley

1 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro

1-3 Tsp Lemon & Pepper Seasoning

1-3 Tsp Paprika

1-3 Tsp Black Pepper

1-3  Tsp Garlic Powder (1-2 Tbsp Fresh Garlic peeled, minced)

1-3 Tsp Onion Powder

Large Container with Lid


Thoroughly clean all vegetables.  Peel and mince cucumbers, dice tomato and onions into small chunky pieces. Place all the vegetables  into a large container. Next add the lemon juice, Vinegar, Tamari, Olive oil, Cilantro and your favorite Vinaigrette.  Mix well with the vegetable. Lastly, add in the dry seasoning ingredients (adjust as needed) to the vegetables, mix well. Store in refrigerator 2- 4 hours before eating. Serve and enjoy.
