Sriracha Salsa Hummus

2 (15 oz) cans of Organic Garbanzo Beans (Drained)

1 (15 oz) can of Rotel (Mild) minced tomato&Green Chilies  (Drained)

1/4 Cup of Water

3 Tbsp – 1/4 Cup Sriracha Sauce

3 Tbsp – 1/4 Cup Olive Oil (Add more as needed)

3 Tbsp Lemon Juice

1 Tbsp Tamari or Low sodium Soy  Sauce 

1 Tbsp Parsley

2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper 

2 Tsp Garlic Powder or 1 Tbsp fresh Garlic Minced

2 Tsp Onion Powder 

2 Tsp Cumin

2 Tsp Paprika 

2 Tsp Black Pepper

1 Tsp Sea Salt


Drain Garbanzo Beans and Rotel tomatoes and green chilies and place them in a food processor or blender. Add in 1/4 cup water, olive oil Sriracha, tamari or soy sauce and lemon juice. Next add the parsley, cayenne pepper, garlic powder or fresh garlic, onion powder, cumin, paprika, black pepper. After adding in all the ingredients, blend until smooth and place in an air tight food container. Let the hummus refrigerate for at least an hour before eating. Then ENJOY 🙂 

*** You can adjust the ingredients as needed add less sriracha to make it less spicy and less water to make it a thicker consistency ***
