A grab and go breakfast for the Vegan human on the run. 100% Whole Wheat Multi-grain bagels with Chiaseed and Flaxseed Peanut butter. The mini bagels themselves are only 100 calories each, low in carbs and sugar. Even with the peanut butter they still fit into my “calorie/food allowance” for my weight loss plan. Mini Chia seed & Flaxseed Peanut Butter Bagels 

Ingredients

2 mini 100% Whole Wheat (Vegan Friendly) Bagels

All natural or Organic Peanut Butter

Chiaseeds

Flaxseeds

Directions

Slightly cut open both mini bagels until halved, toast or warm slightly. Next  take one spoonful of peanut butter and a small sprinkle of chiaseeds and flaxseeds blend until smooth. Take mixture and spread onto bagels evenly. Enjoy with your morning coffee, tea or smoothie along side your favorite fruit. Enjoy.
