A quick easy snack to satisfy your sweet tooth without all the guilt. I’m currently smack dab in the middle of a huge weight loss and I’m 7 months into being Vegan… again. I honestly can’t afford any empty calorie snacks even if I wanted to. So, I found a way to have my rice cake and eat it too … with peanut butter. This recipe is a no brainier and takes 0 cooking level skills to make. Enjoy with a cup of your favorite tea or even some Kombucha.
PB&Agave Cinnamon Rice Cake
- All natural or Organic Peanut Butter (Vegan Friendly)
- Agave Nectar (I used light, blue agave nectar)
- Plain or Cinnamon Rice Cake (Vegan Friendly)
Take one spoonful of Peanut Butter, a small dash of cinnamon and about 1/2 teaspoon of Agave Nectar blend until smooth. Then apply mixture to rice cake. Add more peanut butter to mixture if you prefer a thicker spread. ENJOY
