Vegan Broccoli Slaw


2 (10 oz)  Broccoli Slaw Mix

2- 2 1/2 cups Vegan Mayo

3-4 Tbs Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar

2-3 Tbs Lemon Juice

2 Tbs Mustard

3 Tbs Spicy Brown Mustard

1 Tbs (Dark Amber) Agave

1-2 Tsp Paprika

1-2 Tsp Pink Himalayan Salt

2 Tsp Parsley

1-2 Tsp Cumin

1-2 Tsp Garlic Powder

1-2 Tsp Onion Powder

1-2 Tsp Black Pepper


Place broccoli slaw mixture in large bowl.


In a solid medium bowl place vegan mayo, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, mustard, spicy brown mustard, agave, spices and mix thoroughly until smooth.

Take dressing and lightly pour over broccoli slaw mix covering it evenly.

Lightly toss the broccoli slaw mixture

Store and refrigerate in container with a lid for at least 2 hours before serving. Make a day ahead for better results.
