I had the honor of connecting and interviewing Christina Cooper earlier this year to talk about her directorial debut film “LOYALTY”, that hits LA theaters this spring. Since our encounter this woman has been putting in that work. There is nothing that this woman doesn’t do at this point. Acting, modeling, writing, directing, producing, entrepreneur just to name a few of her tittles. This time around Christina stepped into the culinary realm and has published her new Jamaican and Asian inspired cookbook “Cooking with Christina”.
Christina who is a 23 year old, half Chinese and half Jamaican american, ensured to include both cultures along side her American classic recipes. Featured in her already Exquisite Taste award winning cookbook, Christina’s top recipes such as, her famous Jerk Chicken Alfredo, Pineapple Fried Rice to her family favorite recipe of Banana Fritters.
